Châteauneuf-du-Pape - Cuvée Da Capo - Domaine Pegau 2015
An essential domain of the Rhône since the middle of the 16th century, the Château de Beaucastel saw its growth amplified by Jacques Perrin who gave it all its luster until 1978. Since then, his sons Jean-Pierre and François have perpetuated the immense work of this unforgettable man preparing to hand it over, later, into the hands of an equally promising fifth generation. Attached to the idea that at least a fruit is mastered by man, the more it will be strong in taste and aromas, the Perrin family strives to maintain the micro-biological balance of the vine. The result is wines of expression and of immense quality where the grapes express themselves fully. A domain where nature takes pride of place and where the wines have a real little taste of Paradise!!!
