This cuvée comes from meticulously selected grapes, mainly sourced through négociants from regions such as Beaujolais, Jura and Alsace, always with the utmost care. The wine is made naturally, with minimal intervention and no added sulfites, except at bottling. L’Aging in oak barrels adds complexity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn the nose, this rosé reveals a complex bouquet of wild strawberries, cherries, blackcurrants and blood orange, enhanced by notes of pomegranate, watermelon and white pepper. On the palate, the nectar is wonderfully smooth and silky, with a long, refreshing finish.
