The grapes are harvested by hand early in the morning to preserve their freshness and quality. The wine is made naturally, with spontaneous fermentation and no added artificial yeasts, and minimal use of sulfites. The juice is then aged in used oak barrels, allowing it to mature gently without imparting overly pronounced woody notes.\u003cbr\u003eOn the nose, this nectar reveals subtle aromas of white-fleshed fruit and citrus, accompanied by delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with lovely acidity that carries the tasting through to a lively, elegant finish.
