The domain
With organic practices since 2000 and AB certification in 2014, the estate initiated biodynamics in 2003, a practice now extended to all the vines. It is a question of changing the look on the culture of the vine by relearning old practices, based on rhythms. Abandon chemical fertilizers and synthetic products: life can start again.
Le Clos des Forêts Saint Georges covers an area of 7.20 hectares of Pinot Noir in one piece. A unique terroir, a privileged location have shaped one of the great wines of Nuits Saint Georges from the outset.
Complex and dense wine supported by coated tannins. Aromas of black fruits.
