The domain

The domain Pierre Gonon, located in Mauves in Ardèche, is a 10 hectare family estate in AOC Saint-Joseph. The Gonon brothers represent the 4th generation and have become an essential reference in Saint-Joseph. On these difficult soils, they apply themselves to an uncompromising management of the vine: plowing with a winch, work by hand, compost, abandonment of pesticides and insecticides. The domain prefers the freshness to the over-ripeness of the grapes, and there is very little wine available at the property as the aura of the Gonon domain is dazzling.

Organic certification was obtained in 2011.
