Terms of sale

No sale of wine and beer to persons under the age of 16, as well as 18 years for spirits.
The goods remain our property until full payment of the invoice.
All prices displayed are in CHF taxes included.
Sales abroad are invoiced free of tax
The list of our products is subject to sale in the meantime.
We reserve the right to modify the assortment, prices and conditions at any time and without notice.
In case of unavailability of the ordered product, Main Finest Wines Sàrl contacts the buyer.
As some products are available in very limited quantities, we reserve the right to allocate them.

Terms of delivery

• Delivery in Switzerland
Delivery costs are free for all orders over CHF 1'000.00 including tax.
For orders of 1 to 6 bottles the costs are 15.00.
For orders of 7 to 12 bottles the costs are CHF 24.00.
Deliveries in Switzerland will be made by vinolog post, transporter or Main Finest Wines, as soon as possible.
A delay in delivery cannot be the subject of any claim.
Any damage caused during the transport of the goods must be notified without delay to the carrier and to Main Finest Wines Sàrl.
You can pick up your order at Rue du Valentin 102, 1400 Yverdon, and inform us of your visit 48 hours in advance.

• For a sale abroad, you should contact us.
Products sent abroad are invoiced free of tax (HT).
We assume no responsibility for breakage, loss or theft.
Any tax, duty, customs duty or other service payable is the sole responsibility of the buyer. By arrangement, the buyer or Main Finest Wines Sàrl will take care of the authorizations and customs documents for the transfer of goods.

Payment Terms

All orders are payable in advance upon receipt of the invoice, by transfer or cash upon collection of the goods.

Complaints and warranty

Any complaint must be notified to us in writing within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
No compensation for any defective products (corked wines or wines with flavor defects, etc.) will be made.

Data protection

All information collected on our site will under no circumstances be communicated to third parties.
