Tasting: 100% Parker

Nature has been generous with this vintage from Pavia, a dense and very bright purple. A strong color intensity, and powerful to the eye, already shows us the quality of this vintage. Aromatic palette still on reserve, lots of fruit, a warm, jammy, juicy fruit, which is underlined by a milky and vanilla from luxurious breeding. This Pavie on the palate is suave, has a very nice texture, roundness associated with a powerful and structured mid-palate. The tannins are racy, firm and still very fiery, a wine of great youth and very good maturity. A great Pavia. Wine of decades and which will be part of the list of great successes of St Emilion. The persistence, and the minerality of the limestone of Pavia ensure a very high quality persistence. A wine to wait and to have in your cellar to taste it with pleasure.
