Giuseppe Quintarelli – who passed away in 2012 – is a true legend in Veneto, renowned for his exceptional Amarone, a rich, dry red wine made from dried grapes of the Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara varieties. He also produces a magnificent Cabernet Franc, made using the same methods as Amarone, with dried berries. It is a wine with remarkable texture and is slightly more concentrated than Amarone.
