Barolo Gavarini Chiniera - Elio Grasso 2017

The domain

Elio Grasso's Barolo Gavarini Chiniera comes from three hectares of vines located in Monforte d'Alba. The wine is matured in a classic way (passage in oak botti of 25 hectolitres) then it is refined in bottles for 8 to 10 months. The Barolo Gavarini Chiniera surprises with its intense fragrance, its many nuances and its great balance. It is generally harvested before Casa Mate. The last vintages tasted are simply superb!
