The rarest wine in Languedoc!

Laurent Vaillé produces one of the finest wines in Languedoc on the terroir above the village of Aniane, across several parcels of scrubland in the Arboussas massif, at a place called Tourtou. Situated at an altitude of 250 to 300 meters on a windswept massif, Arboussas is scrubland of holm oaks and strawberry trees, resting on a bed of lacustrine limestone, white as a salt desert.
