The rarest wine in Languedoc!

Laurent Vaillé crafts one of the finest wines in Languedoc on the terroir above the village of Aniane, across several parcels of scrubland in the Arboussas hills, at a place called Tourtou. Situated at an altitude of 250 to 300 meters on a windswept hillside, Arboussas is scrubland of white oaks and strawberry trees, resting on a bed of lacustrine limestone as white as a salt desert.
