The estate

Dos d’Chat is the trading project of Fabrice Dodane, winemaker at Domaine de Saint-Pierre in Mathenay, in the heart of the Jura. Born from a desire to broaden his scope, it allows him to make wine from grapes grown by fellow winemakers, cultivated organically or biodynamically, following the same exacting philosophy applied at his own estate. The wines are made without additives, using native yeasts and minimal or no sulfur, to preserve the purity of the fruit.

Free-spirited and precise, Dos d’Chat wines reflect Fabrice Dodane’s authentic, artisanal approach. They complement the estate’s production with a range that explores other terroirs, while retaining the freshness and depth that have earned the great wines of the Jura their reputation.
