The rarest wine in Languedoc!
Laurent Vaillé produces one of the finest wines in Languedoc on several parcels of garrigue in the Arboussas massif, at a place called Tourtou, on the terroir above the village of Aniane. Situated between 250 and 300 meters above sea level on a windswept massif, Arboussas is a garrigue of downy oaks and strawberry trees, resting on a slab of lacustrine limestone, as white as a salt desert.
