Located at the top of the mound of Baleyron in the town of Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne to the north of Pauillac Since the 17th century, Château Sociando-Mallet has dominated the Gironde estuary.

First property of the aristocrat Sieur Sociando, family Mallet acquired the property in the 19th century and added his name to it.
