The domain
On his approximately 5 hectares of vines, Christian Hermann focuses on classic Burgundian grape varieties and orients himself towards the great world wine culture. As a protagonist of the brilliant new wine scene in Graubünden, he is also one of the twelve best Swiss wine growers according to the Schweizerischer Weinzeitung. The “H” is Hermann’s exceptional pinot noir. This Prestige Cuvée, like a sort of Burgundy Grand Cru exclusively from a superb single vineyard, undergoes subtle aging in new French barrels. The finest fruits shine with finesse and complexity.
