The domain
A nature lover, Steve Bettschen is first and foremost a great wine connoisseur following eleven years spent with a renowned Swiss wine merchant. Called by the land and the production, he bought his first vineyard in 2007.
Surrounded by the best Romand winegrowers, he became a winegrower and winemaker and rapidly increased his production, also thanks to the purchase of grapes from friendly winegrowers.
The phusis range designates wines from its own vines: Clos du Mormont (La Sarraz / Côtes de l’Orbe / Vaud) – Orny (Côtes de l’Orbe / Vaud) – Sensine (Conthey / Valais)
Its production from the purchase of grapes is called metaphusis.
