The estate

Emmanuel Houillon-Overnoy took over the operation from Pierre Overnoy in 2001, after being an apprentice and then an employee since 1990. It is the continuation of Pierre's work and thought. Working the soils with respect without chemical fertilizers, without pesticides. The vines are cultivated in organic and biodynamic agriculture. In the cellar, the wines are aged and bottled without the addition of sulfur or other chemicals.

Working this way means respecting the Earth, allowing the wine to express itself through its terroir and vintage, respecting the people who drink it, and thinking of future generations. Since 2008, the estate has also focused on biodynamics.
