Today, the grandsons of Pierre, Noël and Jean-Claude Ramonet, perpetuate this reputation and this know-how by preserving the winemaking techniques and the style transmitted from generation to generation. The 17 hectares of vineyard cared for by the Ramonet family for 3 generations are located between Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny Montrachet. These plots present in more than 24 appellations are based on exceptional terroirs. Chassagne-Montrachet is a land of white wines. So the chardonnay and thetied up are the main cultivated varieties. They occupy 10 hectares of total production. THE pinot noir and the small occupy the 7 hectares of vines dedicated to the red wines of the Ramonet estate.
