Saint-Julien - Château Gloria 1994

The domain

Constituted for nearly 60 years of acquisitions of various parcels on good soils, this domain of Château Gloria is based on 48 hectares planted with 65% Cabernet-Sauvignon and 25% Merlot. A hymn of praise recited or sung at Mass, such is the definition of the Gloria. The parallel with the Château wine of the same name is inevitable given the praise it receives. The fifty hectares of vineyard co-planted by the Cabernets brothers, the Merlot brother and the Petit Verdot, grow in holy land on the soil of Saint-Julien. Quality is at the rendezvous of recent vintages, finding a nice balance between finesse and body, complexity and sap. A wine from the region of Bordeaux unavoidable.
