Elio Grasso's Barolo Ginestra Casa Matè comes from 40-year-old vines located in the municipality of Monforte d'Alba. It is matured in the classic way, in large oak botti of 25 hectolitres, then refined in the bottle. Ginestra Casa Matè is a wine of great depth, intense, with substantial volume. The last vintages tasted are superb!
