The domain

Since 2003, Olivier Collin has taken over the family business in Congy, to the south-east of the Côte des Blancs. Coming from a long line of winegrowers in the region, he trained with Anselme Selosse in Avize. His talent is now recognized by connoisseurs. Using only its own grapes, it now works its wines according to the principles of certified biodynamics. He gradually isolated his terroirs to create different cuvées. Its champagnes, which already have a very good quality and a lot of precision, continue to progress. They are already among the most popular references among amateurs, even if they are still relatively unknown to the general public.

There cuvée Rosé de Saignée The Links is obtained after a maceration of the berries for several hours which gives this unique color and aromas. The cuvée is then aged in oak barrels for 12 months, then 3 years in the bottle.
