The rarest wine of Languedoc!

Laurent Vaillé produces, on the terroir above the village of Aniane, one of the finest wines of Languedoc from several plots of garrigue, in the Arboussas massif, at the place called Tourtou. Located between 250 and 300 meters in altitude on a windy massif, Arboussas is a garrigue of white oaks and strawberry trees, resting on a slab of lacustrine limestone, white as a salt desert.
