The rarest wine in Languedoc!

Laurent Vaillé produces one of the finest wines in Languedoc on several parcels of garrigue land in the Arboussas massif, at a place called Tourtou, in the terroir above the village of Aniane. Situated at an altitude of between 250 and 300 meters on a windswept massif, Arboussas is a garrigue of holm oaks and strawberry trees, resting on a slab of lacustrine limestone, white as a salt desert.
