The rarest wine in Languedoc!

Laurent Vaillé produces one of the finest wines in Languedoc on the terroir above the village of Aniane, across several plots of garrigue in the Arboussas massif, at a place called Tourtou. Situated at an altitude of 250 to 300 meters on a windswept massif, Arboussas is a garrigue of white oaks and strawberry trees, resting on a slab of lacustrine limestone as white as a salt desert.

The white wine from Grange des Pères offers lovely aromas of white flowers and citrus, with notes of gunflint. On the palate, it has freshness, richness and breadth, and the long finish reveals lovely smoky notes. A magnificent white wine from Languedoc, so harmonious. Made from Roussanne and Marsanne, complemented by unusual varieties such as Chardonnay and Gros Manseng, it was aged in barrels for 24 months.
