The Estate
The "mythical" Pierre Overnoy took over the family estate in 1968. The estate Pierre Overnoy is located in the small village of Pupillin, situated 3 km south of Arbois in the Jura, and Pierre Overnoy has particularly distinguished himself by vinifying his wines without the addition of sulfur since 1984, to the point of becoming an icon of natural wine.
It was the physicist Jules Chauvet, a talented taster and the father of the natural wine movement, who inspired him with his sharp approach and introduced him to the winemaking practices to which he has remained faithful.

Tasting: extreme delicacy, its fruitiness is completely preserved. Its nose reveals perfectly preserved fruit (notably cherry), accompanied by floral notes (rose, peony) and the palate brings softness thanks to very discreet tannins, a great finesse. |
