Tasting: Garnet red Pinot Noir. Intense, complex bouquet, revealing its aging well with notes of licorice and berries such as raspberries and strawberries. I also note a pleasant touch of smoked bacon, reminiscent of some great Burgundy terroirs. Fruity and elegant attack. On the palate, the wine is juicy and fruity. The tannins reveal themselves slowly at the finish. Persistent finish. A wine marked by freshness, delicacy, and power. An exceptional wine that is well inspired by the origin of its grape variety but brilliantly claims the Neuchâtel terroir. A great success. Best enjoyed between 2020 and 2030. |
